Yes. Frames, finishes, crystal dressing and wiring are done at our group's factory in Türkiye, and we export through our Istanbul office. That is why sizes, finishes and wiring can follow your project.
Yes. Every order is wired for the market it goes to: 230 V with E14 or E27 sockets for Europe, 120 V with E12 or E26 sockets for North America, and LED drivers matched to the voltage.
It depends on the model and the market: CE documentation for Europe, UL or ETL listing for North America. We state per model, with the quotation, what it carries or what it needs. We do not print a general list on this page.
Yes. Send a sketch, a reference image or architectural drawings with the ceiling height. We return a shop drawing with dimensions, finish and crystal samples, then produce after your approval.
Catalogue models are faster than custom pieces, and both depend on quantity and finish. Every quotation comes with a dated production plan instead of a general promise.
Frames and crystals travel separately, protected in cartons or wooden crates, with a numbered dressing plan so the chandelier can be rebuilt on site exactly as it left the workshop.
